One Vanderbilt set to be tallest office tower in Midtown

One Vanderbilt, or One Vanderbilt Avenue, is set to become the tallest office tower in Midtown, Manhattan, measuring 1,401 feet tall over 58 storeys containing over 1.6 million square feet of space.  Developed by New York REIT SL Green Realty, when the building reaches completion, it will be the second tallest building in New York after One World Trade Center.  

At street level, the building will add a public plaza and new connection to the Shuttle, Grand Central Terminal and Long Island Railroad’s East Side Access.

G&T is providing Estimating and Cost Management Services.
