Sunset Green Breaks Ground

On May 30th Sunset Green, Key West, Florida broke ground.  The 1.5 acre multi-purpose event space brings back green space to Key West with lush greenery, pathways and cabanas on a site which interconnects 24 North Hotel and The Gates Hotel on Roosevelt Boulevard.  Intense collaboration with the City of Key West and the Tree Commission was required to get approval for the project.

With its picturesque landscape and laid-back environment, Sunset Green is anticipated to be a unique venue for weddings, concerts and outdoor movie nights once complete and will encourage guests and locals to enjoy both The Gates Hotel and 24 North Hotel which sit either side of the site.

"Sunset Green is an exciting venue supporting up to 1,500 people which will bring back green space to Key West. We are honored to be part of this project which is helping to rebuild this underutilised site and improve the local environment".
