G&T continues to champion the next generation of property and construction professionals with a new hybrid programme building on the success of the virtual events held last year in response to the global pandemic.

G&T is excited to launch this new hybrid programme of virtual events and opportunities to ensure the next generation stay engaged, continue to grow their careers, build their skills and create strong professional networks across the industry.

“It has never been more important for the industry to work together to tackle global challenges such as climate change and the critical skills shortage. The NextGen partnerships are key to the success of our programme, championing collaboration across the built environment and offering the best opportunities to the next generation of talent.”

Adam Glover

G&T Managing Partner

Alongside our industry partners, G&T’s NextGen programme of activities will focus on delivering the best opportunities to those looking to progress their careers, encouraging collaboration, diversity and building future skills that will be needed by the next generation of built environment leaders.

“Our NextGen programme responded to the challenges of 2020 by refocusing on communication and collaboration, ensuring the next generation of industry leaders remained connected during what was a difficult year. We are proud to redouble our efforts in supporting the NextGen working with our industry partners to develop the vital future skills needed to keep the built environment thriving in the years ahead.”

Laura Whibley

G&T NextGen Champion

G&T is proud to continue its ongoing partnerships with New London Architecture’s NextGen initiative, The City Property Association and Westminster Property Association’s NextGen programmes and support the London Real Estate Forum’s NextGen activity.
