We brought together NextGen members from across the industry for a summer themed party, celebrating the launch of the London Property Alliance (LPA) Diversity and Inclusion Guidebooks.
The evening was a chance to showcase the five guidebooks published by the London Property Alliance and supported by G&T, which provide recommendations on how to make our sector more inclusive.

G&T associate director and NextGen advocate Yuebi Yang welcomed guests, with keynote speaker Cllr Sabrina Francis (Cabinet Member for Young People and Culture at the London Borough of Camden) sharing the latest initiatives across the borough that are championing local diverse talent to thrive.

Sheppard Robson associate and CPA NextGen Vice Chair closed the evening's speeches, touching on the importance of programmes such as NextGen, when providing platforms for individuals from all levels and backgrounds to have their say on the future success of our industry.
The event forms part of G&T's NextGen Future Skills programme and is supported by our ESG framework, where we support employees to learn the vital skills needed to lead effectively.
