McLaren Living's new Build-to-Rent tower is the latest scheme to be given the green light by planners. The development, known as Wellington Square, will transform a 2.47-acre site into a gateway to Leeds city centre.
G&T is providing Cost Management services alongside heritage and planning consultant ID Planning, M&E consultant Crookes Walker and fa莽ades and structural engineer Meinhardt.

Designed by Howells Architects, the 45-storey BtR tower 鈥� The Hexagon 鈥� will become one of the city鈥檚 tallest landmarks providing 464 homes ranging from one to three bedrooms, with a sky bar offering panoramic views on the 45th floor.
Residents will benefit from 撸撸视频app 10,000 sq ft of shared amenity space, including a concierge, post/parcel storage room and a lounge on the ground floor together with a fitness and wellbeing space on the first floor. All 21 car parking spaces will be equipped for electric vehicle charging.
