North American Law Firm

Leading North American Law Firm

G&T was appointed by a leading North American Legal firm in 2020 to establish the core professional team and lead the strategic technical due diligence of the ‘Stay vs Go’ feasibility project. G&T worked alongside its real estate advisors during the site search and selection process and undertook the technical due diligence process and the technical building assessments.

G&T also supported the team through the Heads of Terms and Agreement for Lease negotiations and led the technical developer negotiations for its new 80,000 sq ft headquarters.

The new building brings the firm back to the City of London and provides both state-of-the-art facilities and workspace to allow the firm to continue its growth, as well as continuing to attract and retain the best talent, all while prioritising its client’s needs.

G&T is leading the next phase of the project providing Project and Cost Management services, Contract Administration and Principal Designer & CDM Consultancy services for the CAT B design and fit-out, with anticipated completion and occupation in Q1 2023.

"Since engaging with G&T over 18 months ago, they have taken on this project with such expertise and knowledge that the overall confidence level exuberating from the internal team in ensuring that the project will run smoothly and without issues is quite high. With another year or so to go, this team is by far one of the best teams that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I would highly recommend this team to any future client."
