Learning And Teaching Building

Learning & Teaching Building

A new Learning and Teaching Hub for The University of Strathclyde will offer students and staff a leading-edge facility at the heart of the John Anderson Campus in Rottenrow.

This non-departmental facility will provide collective space, breakout areas, lecture theatre, student support services and a student union to improve the quality of the campus and the student experience.

The development combines the refurbishment of the former Colville Building and Category B-Listed Architecture Building with a new-build hub, linking the buildings together to provide over 20,000m² of learning and teaching space.

It is the University’s largest single investment in a campus project to date and represents G&T’s third consecutive major capital project for the University, following Strathclyde Sport and the Technology and Innovation Centre.
