Paper Yard, Canada Water

Paper Yard, Canada Water

Paper Yard is a unique scheme that will accommodate a range of complex scientific requirements including research, work and education within a highly sustainable environment that encourages interaction, maximises daylight and promotes wellbeing.

Sitting alongside TEDI-London, the new 33,000 sq ft accommodation has been built using modular construction methods allowing for a speedier build and minimisation of embodied carbon. The building uses a mix of existing components and materials that can be repurposed following deconstruction.

The flexible floorplates can accommodate a range of suite sizes and are split between laboratory and co-located workspace with a central servicing core for shared lab amenities including autoclave, glass wash and ice machine.
