Gardiner & Theobald is proud to announce that we have become a General Services Administration (GSA)-approved vendor in the United States of America.  GSA is an independent agency which manages the procurement of professional services on behalf of the federal government and its departments. From construction of new facilities to design and administrative solutions, GSA fulfills the needs of these agencies through their asset management and acquisition strategies.

Since our US offices opened in 1992, we’ve worked with notable government clients, including the United Nations and the New York Department of Design and Construction.  Our new status as a preferred vendor will allow us to continue providing these institutions with our Project, Cost Management and Estimating services.

“There is great potential for G&T in being a registered GSA contractor – our first bid will be to offer services in all three of our disciplines on an exciting renovation project in New York City, and we hope it is the first of many opportunities for us to provide our services on behalf of government agencies.”

Director, G&T
