Work carried out in the Health Innovation Hub (HiH) will focus on advancing and delivering precision medicine technologies at the R&D stage into commercialisation. The recent 'topping out' of the building marks the completion of its primary structure.

G&T is providing Cost Management services on this project. The project is being delivered by Kadans Science Partner in collaboration with The Living Laboratory, a partnership made up of the University of Glasgow, Scottish Enterprise and Glasgow City Council.

The development, located in Govan, will provide state-of-the-art flexible laboratory and office space for over 400 people. Facilities will include a community cafe, breakout spaces and meeting rooms, showers, changing rooms and general storage. Approximately 100 parking spaces, including EV bays and 100 cycle spaces will also be provided.

HiH will play a vital role in Glasgow's flourishing life sciences sector, facilitating and attracting investment and growth for the city, as well as creating new job opportunities and improving local skills development.

Works are being delivered on a two-stage tender Design & Build Contract with the main contractor working under a PCSA.
